1. No Refunds on Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital files, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges after a purchase is completed.
However, if you experience technical issues accessing your files, we are happy to assist you!
2. Eligible Refund Exceptions
While all sales are final, we may consider a refund in the following cases:
✔ Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally bought the same product twice, email us at [email protected] with proof of both transactions, and we will process a refund for the duplicate order.
✔ Corrupt or Unusable File: If the digital file you receive is corrupt or not working, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will send a new working file.
✔ Incorrect Product Delivered: If there was a mistake in the product delivered, we will send you the correct file at no additional cost.
Non-Eligible Refund Reasons:
- Change of mind after purchasing.
- Accidental purchases that were successfully downloaded.
- Not reading the product description before buying.
- Issues related to user software compatibility (our products work with standard PDF readers and design apps like GoodNotes, Notability, and Canva).

If you are unable to download your files, try the following:
Check your email inbox & spam folder for the download link.
Ensure you are using a compatible device (PC, tablet, or smartphone).
Try downloading the file using a different browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox, etc.).
If you still experience issues, email us at [email protected], and we will send a new link.
